Deviled Eggs
12 – eggs
6tbsp – relish, sweet pickle
2tbsp – yellow mustard
2tbsp – horseradish
1/2c – mayonnaise
salt/pepper to taste
paprika for garnish
1. Place eggs in a medium saucepan with cold water, bring to a boil and let eggs cook for 25 minutes. Immediately remove from heat and pour cold water over them. Fill saucepan with cold water and let eggs cool.
2. Peel and cut eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in medium bowl. Mash yolks and mix with relish, mustard, horseradish and mayonnaise.
3. Place mixture into ziplock bag and cut one corner of bag. Fill the egg halves with mixture. Garnish with salt, pepper and paprika.
4. Chill until serving.
